The energy in class has been steadily dwindling over the last couple weeks. Hallway chats about holiday plans have steadily increased until today where that was the only topic of conversation. By the time our classes were winding down at the end of the day chairs were increasingly empy as folks made there way for flights and travels to remote destinations. I caught wind of London destinations and was amazed that folks have the energy to make big trips.
The last few weeks have been tiring. Cases have come fast and most of the materials are totally new to me. Over the last few weeks we learned about weighted cost of capital (WACC), deferred tax-liability and supply chain management. These are some major concepts that we'd love to have weeks to digest but generally it happens over hours instead.
Safe travels to everyone over the holiday weekend.
